There’s Still Time - Fans Can Enter to Win One of Four Remaining VIP Trips to Universal Orlando

Universal Orlando Resort announced today that Ellen Doster, 19, from Roswell, Ga. and Jenny Williams, 32, from Elk Grove, Calif. were selected as the first two winners of its national ‘Share Your Story’ sweepstakes.

Launched on June 18, 2011 to coincide with the one-year anniversary of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Universal Orlando’s “Share Your Story” Facebook tab allows guests to share their favorite memories – or the ones they hope to make at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – and gives them a chance to win a trip to Universal Orlando.

Each week for the next two weeks, two winners will be chosen from the stories submitted to the “Share Your Story” tab. One winner will have visited The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and one will have never been.

Ellen Doster, who has visited The Wizarding World of Harry Potter remembers, “…this past January I was finally able to experience the world I had only previously been able to imagine. And it was amazing!” While Jenny Williams, who has never visited, remembers watching the very first Harry Potter movie and being, “…Instantly in love…” with what she saw – she’s been a fan and longing to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter ever since.

The “Share Your Story” tab gives fans the opportunity to interact with one another and share favorite memories and photos from their visit to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – whether it’s tasting Butterbeer for the first time, watching their daughter as she’s selected by the perfect wand or soaring above Hogwarts with their family.

If fans have not been able to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, they can share why they aspire to on the “Share Your Story” tab as well. Each week, U.S. residents who share their stories on the tab are automatically entered into the contest.

The national “Share Your Story” sweepstakes will run each week for the following, remaining weeks.
